THDA First Time Homebuyers'' Training Class Brochure
Class is given by Theresa Allan, UT Extension Trainer and Family & Consumer Sciences Agent. The hours are from 9-5 pm at the Extension Office, 658 Hartsville Pike, Gallatin. Please pre-register so we can reserve a seat for you. You will receive a homebuyer Manual developed by the Neighbor Works Center for homeownership Educatio and Counseling. Realizing the American Dream and a personal copy of the Tennessee Housing Development Agency, Home Maintenance Guide. You will also receive a certificate of completion.
