The Tennessee Master Dairy Program is an educational program to provide a variety of information on animal housing, management, nutrition, reproduction, milk quality, health, handling, welfare, and other topics. Modules are continuously created to provide dairy producers and other interested parties with the most up-to-date information on the topic of interest.
The 2020 Virtual Value-Added Dairy Workshop is an opportunity for those engaged in or interested in starting a farmstead creamery to learn from resident experts at UT and some current producer-processors across TN and KY. This year, we will also be discussing some exciting grant opportunities provided through UT in partnership with Kentucky and North Carolina. We’ll be getting started at 8:45 am EST on December 17, 2020.
