Tai Chi

Tai Chi for Arthritis is an evidence-based program developed by Dr. Paul Lam to reduce pain and improve your mental physical well-being. The program uses Sun-style Tai Chi – one of the four major reconized ancient Chinese Styles of Tai Chi. The program is lead by a UT Extension educator who has been certified and approved by the Tai Chi for Health Institute.
